This is the playing board from a board game, produced in the 1960s by Chad Valley of Harborne, based on the BBC radio series 'The Archers'. The board has a trail of squares with text written on, which lead to an area marked 'Market Square' in the centre of the board. There is a coloured scene showing the fictional county town of Borchester, with a sign in the bottom left corner pointing to the fictional 'Ambridge'.
