This is a child's food warmer. It was used in Adderbury, Oxfordshire, for a baby who later lived for 80 years and died in the 1920s. It was used in conjunction with with a candle cage; the candlestick could be lifted out of the cage and put into the food warmer (the holders were interchangeable)
