A wooden shovel, with a metal patch on the head and inscribed 'AB' on the handle. It was probably used for moving grain during the threshing process. It originally came from Egbury Castle Farm in Saint Mary Bourne, Hampshire, and is part of the Saint Mary Bourne Collection.
