- Material pre- 31 October 1975 is accessible to all. Material post- 1 November 1975 is closed to non-members of the Whitefriars Club. Access to closed material requires permission of the Club. Requests to publish any previously unpublished material from the collection must be made to the Whitefriars Club. The Club feels that there is no permission required to publish extracts from The Whitefriars' Chronicles (1900), The Whitefriars Journal (1901-1923) and booklets published for various "pilgrimages" between 1900 and 1910, subject to due acknowledgement, as all authors have been dead for over 70 years.
