Descrizione
A hand separator made of red painted cast iron. The body and stand only are present. The milk pan and seperating mechanism ar missing. The apparatus can be bolted to a table. It is cylindrical in shape with a tripod arm to hold the pan. The handle has a wooden end. This would have been used for seperating cream from milk. These items were used at Hertfordshire College of Agriculture and Horticulture, St. Albans.
