A 'Tilley Domestic Iron', model number DN250, manufactured by the Tilley Lamp Co. Ltd. It is made of metal with a bakelite handle. The heat of the iron is provided by a paraffin burner and can be increased by increasing the pressure in the iron by means of a pump. The iron is in its original box, together with two instruction leaflets, a funnel and a small paraffin measuring can.
