This is a tie especially made for Women’s Land Army volunteers and it has the W.L.A colours of green and red. There is also an inscription on the label: ‘TOOTAL TIE // STANDARD QUALITY’. The tie was an extra to the W.L.A uniform and the cost was 1s 9d.
