Description
This clock was in the possession of the donor from 1895 until it came to the museum in 1955. He obtained it from a man in the Midlands, who was over 70 in 1895, who had owned it as a young man. The clock is wound by adjusting the weights and chains. The weights and pendulum are original, but the donor made the chains new when he acquired the clock. The donor thought the clock may have originated in the Netherlands.
