Description
These are CASE iH (International Harvester) Agriculture branded overalls. They were worn by their original owner for work purposes, including farm visits and farm demonstration days throughout the UK and ROI. It is believed that the owner wore them in the garden and around the house in later life. They are made from 100% cotton, with two breast pockets, closed with poppers, and a black plastic button on each cuff. These overalls, along with a hat [2018/25] were originally worn by a colleague of the donor, to be donated to the museum. They are thought to be around six years old and have signs of wear, including mud and oil stains.
