A medium-sized brush with a tapering wooden handle and bristles bound with cord onto the handle. It is marked 'Pure Bristle 8 UTILITY'. It is part of the Rumble Collection, and belonged to the donor's father. It dates from circa 1910. This type of brush was used for painting and varnishing.
