Descripción
This wooden gallon measure was used for measuring out quantities of corn. It is made of steamed bentwood and bears an official Royal verification stamp with a crown and the marks "?R" and "349". It belonged to Mr Stewart, the father of Amelia Stewart, who died circa 1925. He was a carpenter and lived at South Green, Billericay, Essex.
