Descripción
This is a pair of long wooden pats each made from one piece of wood with tapered handles and grooved faces. According to the Dairy Supply catalogue these long pats are known as knives or slicers. These are butter knives or slicers and they were used for shaping butter into blocks. They belonged to the donor's mother who sold butter in the town.
