Descripción
This is a steel scissor-type mole trap, consisting of a tongue-like trigger which, when struck by a mole, causes the jaws to spring shut and kill the animal instantly. This trap was used on South Farm at Carleton Rode, Norfolk in the early 1920s.

The wooden types were also still in use at that time, but soon were superseded by the steel traps completely. From South Farm, Carleton Rode, Norfolk.'
