Descripción
Four roughly-shaped tines for a hay rake, and seven cleft pieces of wood which are yet to be shaped. The tines have been shaped with the aid of the tube-shaped knife of the driving stool. The pieces were purchased from Ernest Sims, a rakemaker from Pamber End, Hampshire, who was still taking occasional orders for hay rakes in 1983 at the age of 88.
