Descripción
This is a wood and canvas seedlip with a pale green canvas shoulder strap which is broken. It was used on the land at Woolhampton Cottage, the former dower house of the Woolhampton estate in Berkshire. When the estate was broken up, some land was left with the dower house. It was used up until the 1940s to carry the slag fertiliser and grass seed to be scattered.
