This ‘Rodgers’ Pen Machine’ is a quill cutter for cutting and trimming quills for pens. It was manufactured by Rodgers & Sons of Sheffield and is inscribed ‘Rodgers, cutlers to Her Majesty’. The cutter is made of wood and steel, and is in a cardboard box.
