This is a cream coloured plastic stretcher made of plastic. It also has a strong spring closure. It was used by the donor's father, who was a tailor.

MERL Miscellaneous note- Georgia Charitou- 4 November 2014- The object belongs to the Kellman Collection. The items of the collection were used by the donor's father, Alexander Kellman, who was a tailor in Queens Road, Reading, Berkshire.
