Description
A large brush with a tapering wooden handle and bristles bound with wire onto a circular or oval base. It is marked 'A. Pound' and there is red paint at the top of the handle. The brush is part of the Rumble Collection, and belonged to the donor's father. It dates from circa 1910. This type of brush was used for painting and varnishing.
