Description
This white plaster model horse, with a complete harness, was used as a display in a saddler's shop window in Earley, near Reading. It is thought to be late nineteenth century in origin.

MERL ‘Associated information’ form – 'Model white plaster horse with many surface cracks, damaged ear and chipped based. Complete harness of leather and metal. Used to stand in saddler's shop window as demonstration of craft.'
