Jewell // Date: 12th Jan 1966 // Who used it: No information is available about the origin of this object which was obtain with other items at a sale at Bude, North Cornwall in 1965. // How was it used: It consists of a cardboard box with a printed cover and contains approx. 170 rolled papers on which are printed biblical texts. There are three blue and one red golf tees of plastic which, presumably, were used as markers // Who made it: On the cover printed: ‘Exceeding great and precious promises, Thy words were found and did eat them’, Jer 15,16.’ ‘Take out and replace’, on the back ‘To obtained from Miss Mary…. 35 Golden Hillick, Small Heath, Birmingham’// What are the measurements: 9x12x3cm // [pen sketch].’
