A ball-bearing cream seperator, used for seperating cream from milk. It was manufactured by R. A. Lister & Co. of Dursley, Gloucestershire, and dates from the 1950s. It is a hand-cranked machine and is complete with galvanised and aluminium bowls and spouts. It was bought second-hand by the donor in 1986, who then used it for separating goat's milk.
