Beschreibung
This is a rectangular cardboard container for storing six eggs. On the lid is inscribed, 'EGGS - WITH CARE', with a space to add the address and date. It was cleared from Mr Swingler's house in Earley, Reading, Berkshire, after his death and brought to the Museum by Dr. S. Ward in July 1987. Mr Swingler had lived in his house in Earley since 1947.
