This is a set of cylindrical tinned steel moulds with a large hole in the base a strong rim at the top and 10 small holess in the sides. Each mould has two metal followers, one plain and oone with 5 small holes. This mould would have been used for making cheeses. These items were used at Hertfordshire College of Agriculture and Horticulture, St. Albans.
