Beschreibung
This is a honey press, used by a beekeeper for extracting honey from honey combs. It is made of cast iron. A wheel turns the screw which pushes the steel plate into a perforated can into which the honeycombs are placed. The honey is squeezed out into an enamelled cast iron dish (blue on the outside, white on the inside). The honey press was used by the donor.
