Beschreibung
An all-metal bolster chisel with a wide flat head, used with a hammer to split stones to specific sizes with a square edge. The handle has an octagonal cross-section, and the end has been deformed by hammering. The chisel is part of a collection of woodworking and stoneworking tools given to the Museum by Mr Stamp.
