<DIV STYLE="text-align:Justify;font-family:Georgia;font-style:normal;font-weight:normal;font-size:16;color:#000000;"><P><SPAN><SPAN>2. &lt;B&gt;Making bonds&lt;/B&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mr. Appleton makes the bonds he requires using a wooden splitter made by his grandfather. The splitter cleaves the willow stick he is holding into three separate lengths, each piece, when further split, this time using a knife and his broom horse, providing him with three or four bonds.
