الوصف
This is a double-bladed hop-sampling knife, used for opening hop pockets to allow easy access to hops for testing. This double bladed type of hop sampling knife is not used now. A single bladed knife is preferred. It was used to make two parallel cuts in the hop pocket so that a block of hops could be extracted by another tool for testing.
