الوصف
The maund is a heavy-duty fishing basket used on the quay for taking fish from the boats to the market. They were common on the South Devon coast. This maund was made at the Institute for the Blind in Plymouth and used by fishermen in Brixham, Devon. It is a round basket, made of cane, with two small roped handles.
