This is a pen and ink drawing for a watercolour painting entitled 'The Nursery'. It was drawn by John Pedder. The watercolour was shown at the Royal Academy in 1896. An inscription is written in ink on the back of the sketch: 'Royal Academy 1896 // John Pedder // Mount Farm, Maidenhead.'
