A tile mould, made of wood with metal fixings. It came from the Pinewood Brick and Tile Works in Hermitage, Berkshire, which closed in 1939.

By the 1960s the site was derelict and it was destroyed when the M4 was build. Dr. West collected the tools at that time and kept them until he donated them to MERL.’
