الوصف
A cylindrical tinned steel mould with a hole in the base and a wide rim. There is a second strengthening band round the middle and 16 small holes in the sides. There are two hooks rivetted at the top which hold the press in position. The press consists of a plain metal follower attached to a central screw which has a straight handle 12.5cm long at the top. The press is wound down through a horizontal arm which hooks onto the mould. This mould and press would have been used to make cream cheeses. This item was used at Hertfordshire College of Agriculture and Horticulture, St. Albans.
